Batch Plotting PDFs without having to manually save each sheet

I am needing to plotting individual sheets so each pdf file contains the sheet number and sheet name for its title.

I have encountered to issues in this process...

1) I would like to be able to have only the sheet number and sheet name to be the pdf file name.

- currently I had to include a  <Extention/Prefix>  <Sheet Number - Sheet Name>

example :  ALF - Sheet - A2-23 - 1ST FLOOR PLAN - QUADRANT C

I would prefer to have only the Sheet Number and Sheet Name be name of the PDF, with no other work on my part.

example : A2-23 - 1ST FLOOR PLAN - QUADRANT C

2) The second issue is that with every pdf, I am prompted to name it ... <press enter>

- Is there a setting that that instructs the program to save the pdf with its default name?  That way I can let the program print while I away from my desk.

Docuflow 3.6 supports advanced filenames with date, project information and sheets parameters. The filenames can therefore comply with BS 1192.

If your organization has a Bluebeam subscription, they have a Revit Add-In that will PDF Sheets and View without a prefix.2019-10-01_0820.png

You can also adjust your print setting similar to options in Revit.

Try ProSheets, developed by Diroots. totally free, although you can donate if you find the software is useful

A couple of ways, I currently use Xref Transmit, an Australian piece of software which create PDF's, Dwg and other formats exported to a current dated folder with ISO 19650 Numbering extracted from the Sheets Parameters. Also look at RFTools. Both of these are available on AutoDesk App Store

You can export to PDF directly from Revit 2022 without any third party PDF printer/add-in.  There are options to export as individual PDFs or a combined PDF from multiple sheets/views.
