Hey all,

Ive come across this issue today, and also conveniently at the worst possible time for me.

Upon opening revit 2024, im hit with the clock error message, which im used to at this point, ive been able to troubleshoot that issue quite easily, this time however, the error persisted, even when i went as far to manually refresh the "Auto Time zone updater" in Services, i soon realised after this that the licensing issue prompt came up after clicking "x", which i have never seen before. Following this, i did a variety of troubleshooting such as uninstalling and re-installing, and doing the same for Autodesk access service host,

Here is proof of trying to re-install a variety of files in attempts to get Revit working again, but the same errors are prompted still, i cant get to the bottom of the issue, i dont know if its a time issue, an internet issue, or an actual licensing issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

offtopic.. but I like the way you marked this up. What tool did you use to create/edit this screenshot?

Revit Version: R2026.2
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec

Oh, I guess I have to ask Autodesk how they did the mark-up and preparation of the screenshot in such a nice way 🙂
