activation code

I need to activate my product.

I was working up today in the morning and suddenly it says not activated. I tried to get an activation code and it says that the ativation code for my Revit 2009, cannot be activacted. I bought this product, it is ok for me as  do not need to update nothing. Just send me an activation code so I can work and save my work.
