I can’t see the meshmix

Hello I can’t see the meshmix icons they appear in red and I have already tried to install versions 3.3 and 3.5 but it remains the same, I do not know what to do so that the icons appear with their shape.

Usually an language character issue, or install problem.

Is there a "à" char in your user account's name? MM has problems to find images (in this case the parts' preview images)  if there's a non latin char somewhere in the path (In this case to the meshmixer folder in documents)
