Playblast not working

Hello, I am trying to create a Playblast for a class assignment and it is not working. It has worked before, and I am not sure why it is not working now. I have set the parameters to 1 to 120 and I am trying to render from camera1. I am creating a turntable of my model and I cannot create the playblast.

Hi @caezekiel1990 

 

What version of Maya are you working with and is it up to date?

 

Also what happens when you create the playblast? Do you get any errors?

I am using Maya 2018. And when i click playblast I get an error message
that says missing parameter: view_transform. Program crashes right after
that.

Hi @caezekiel1990 

 

When Maya crashes does it generate an error report for you to submit to Autodesk? If so, please fill it out and let me know what the CER report number is!

 

Also you may want to double check and make sure you are on the most recent version of Arnold for Maya.

I am still having the issue. I can't even do a batch render now. I had to
record my animation on screen for my assignment. I don't know what else to
do get it fixed.

Are you getting a crash report?

 

What GPU are you using and is the driver version the same as our certified hardware list?

You can find our certified hardware list here!

 

Also did you check your Arnold version?

Thanks for your reply! Please see the following questions from @sean.heasley :

 

  1. Are you getting a crash report?
  2. What GPU are you using and is the driver version the same as our certified hardware list?
  3. Also, have you tried resetting your preferences to default?
