I found that too, but I don't see the community free version there to download.

Or can you find it there?

Is there maybe a name change so that the free version was under a other name?

I see the 2015 Express edition (= old name for community edition.) I guess that is what you are looking for.

@JelteDeJong How do you configure the RDCL files, because I don't get it workable in VS 2015 anymore?

I think VS 2015 is a bit far behind.

Do you have any clues to edit these files?
