For some reason, my Content Center does not exist on my computer, and any attempt to download it had proved unsuccessful. If someone could lay it out step by step on how to re-download the content center that would be very helpful

Do you have the install medium of the software?

You can find it hidden on it.

PLease let me know and i will help you to find it.
