I had the same problem with exporting the parameters to excel. I got msge that Excell file is opened and can not be overwritten.I tried different things.

1. Restarting my PC worked nicely

2. I broke the link with excell file via Tools -> Links

3. I made a new excell file with the new name and replaced the name of the excell file in code with the new one.

Not sure if this helps in your case but I wrote it just in case.

Hi, you probably have the same problem as for the pdf.

When using the preview pane display in windows explorer if a folder is open and your file is viewed it may be considered read-only and you cannot overwrite or open it for writing with software .

You can test by unchecking this option.
I hope this will help you.

Vincent.

Hi,

Weird, the ILogic pdf export uses the manual export options.

It's not a file access problem? If you try to export to desktop for example with Ilogic, does it work?

Last night i saved bunch pdf's with iLogic no problem at all. Like all these years. This Morning it happened to me.

File path is to the server but it should not be a problem. I saved file to c drive with no problem. I'm just confused what is going on. Is this newest windows update makes problem? Last night it is installed and reboot my laptop.

Then problem.

When you do a pdf export manually from this PC, do you do it in exactly the same location as in the Ilogic rule, on the server?

I don't think windows update has anything to do with this issue.
