Network License Not Available

I just upgraded a network version of Inventor 2018 to 2019.  When I launch it for the first time after the install I get “Network License Not Available.”  I’m using “2080@server name” as directed.  I tried using both the server name and the IP address.  I generated a new license file using both the server name and the IP address.  I used the inventor install on the server to verify the license manager is current and it indicates it’s already installed.  Nothing I try works.

Update your inventor server to 2019.

What update?  The Autodesk Desktop App doesn't see any updates so I presume my workstation is up to date.  The "server" only has 2019.1 Vault Basic (server) and the license manger (LM) on it.  I don't see a way to check for updates in LM nor do I see LM updates in my subscription account.

FLEXlm licence manager to the new version and it will be accepted.

Is FLEXlm different from LMtools by Flexera Software used for 2018?  When using the Inventor 2019 CD on the server, the setup utility says the License Manager is already installed so I assume it's the same.  If not, where can I find FLEXlm?

Have you updated the LM?
Seems to be the same FLEXlm licence manager and your LM!

As I said earlier, I'm not seeing any updates.  If you know of any I'm not seeing, please share where I can get them.  What version of FLEXlm are you up to?  Mine is below...

Going on bradeneurope's suggestion, I saw no way to update the LMtool (or FLEXlm?).  So, I uninstalled it and reinstalled the version provided in the Inventor 2019 install utility.  A later version of the LMtool was installed.  Everything seems to be working properly now.  Thanks for your help bradeneurope!
