Unfortunately not possible now,but f.e You make cylinder from top plane center extrude both sides.Then You want to make a hole from f.e. right plane from center point.When you start sketch and start circle from center You don't see sketch edge of the circle.It can be solved from section command,but it is time consumable and in some complex shapes sometimes problematic.
