insert a block from sketch symbols

I need to insert a block that is found in the sketch symbols, but I want the block to be inserted automatically when inserting the part in the drawing sheet, for example: if the variable "roughness" = N7, the block that is inserted in the drawing is inserted. indicates N7 surface finish.
taking into account that the coordinate where the block is inserted must change according to the size of the active sheet
