go to your application options.

export these.

there will be an xml file created.

if you open this you will find them.

I tried, but the information I got was incomplete, the picture is all I saw when I opened the xml file.

You are running inventor 2019 right.

the same issue was in Inventor 2018, and this was solved with a SP or update.

so they keep having problems with this.

wait till the next update and it will be fixed.
