Get full filepath for drawing file from vault

I have macro which gets drawing file name from excel and I would want to open the file in question from Vault. The tricky part is that I don't know the exact subfolder where it is located so the file needs to be searched somehow. 

Any tips how to get that from Vault? I know that Inventor 2024 has the built-in iLogic function for that but we are using 2021 version currently.

When you know the local file search path for the drawing, you also know the Vault path.

Replace the "working folder" with "&  and the "\" with "/"!

The file might be in subfolders that I don't know the path of. I would need to search for subfolders
