Creating your own look to Inventor Drawings

Good Morning,

My company is thinking about transitioning to Autodesk inventor. I have used inventor for years but I was asked a question that I needed a little help on. In the past I have just used all the standard blocks and section call outs that came standard with inventor. However my company wants to keep the same overall look to the new inventor drawings that they had with Autocad. This means section call outs with a block not just the dashed line and letter call out that inventor puts in. Using a block to call out materials and not just a round bubble.

So my question is can you customize inventor in this way to have the section call outs, blow up details, and such to have a different overall look. My common sense tells me that there is a way to do this but I haven't been able to experiment with my own home copy of inventor. Can you guys shed some light on this?

Not directly in all case, but there typically are workarounds.

You can creatsketched symbols and overlay them on drawings wherever you need to cover you in a lot of cases.

Hi

If you can post an image of the styles you are wanting to retain, I'm sure it can be customised in the styles. I work for various Companies who all have their own style format so I'm sure it can be done without using sketched symbols
