Can´t see coordinate sytem

hello,

look at the title. I Have downloaded Inventor Professionell 2019 than i have startet de Software but i cant draw anything because there is no coordinate System. Also i cant see the lines i draw or something else .

Sorry for my english and please help.

Please take screenshots or (preferable) a screencast of the behavior.

Also, Inventor Forums is a better place for this to be posted.
