How to create a sharp edge similar to axe using inventor?

 I am working on a certain design and I want to know how to create sharp edge like that of axe for this design. Please help me.

Sweep sounds like a good option.

That would be similar to actual manufacturing process (stone swept along edge).

 

(Did you ever figure out how to create your "box-like structure"?)

For what design? No file attached.

You can use a sweep probably.... depending on what you are doing.

I tried to use the sweep but I was unable to create sharp edge. I am attaching my design I want the curved edge to be sharp. Tell me how to do it.

Why have you shelled the part out like that?.. Its not clear where you want your axe edge to be because of that..

Also many of your sketches are not fully constrained and lacking quite a few dimensions..

Did you get those Service Packs installed?

 

I don't think anything in those Service Packs will have anything to do with what we are going to do - but just in case....

 

First thing I did is diagnose the construction technique of your part.
