Аlign the specification

Hello! Tell me please how I can align the specification of assembly?

Are you referring to making sure the parts list of the drawing doesn't fall off the drawing sheet?

 

Or something else?

For starters, make sure the info feeding the parts list is a single line.  Which means shortening your descriptions and part numbers and what ever other info is being fed into it that takes up more then one line.

Then, I would change the direction of the parts list to run up instead of down.  That way the bottom edges will all line up and be able to be constrained to the bottom border edge.

Good advice. It also looks like the list is being divided at random intervals, better to let Inventor divide it into 5 columns.

If you go to the parts iProperties, as shown below,

you can change it here as shown below.

This will auto feed your parts list.  Unless you have a custom parts list that you have different properties feeding it.
