Hi, I used autocad before but removed someday. Yesterday, I wanted to download it again but there was a few mixed files were left in my computer from last removal, then I deleted everything for a fresh download. Meaning everything including autodesk shared file and every other autodesk file from program files, documents... I force to remove some files and now I can tell these weren't supposed to removed and now I can't install.
Tried both download and install from autodesk but I got error:
Installation: "an error occurred while preparing the installation"
Download: "Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet."
Considering that I remove everything, that's proably the main problem that it needs some files as maybe autodesk shared file or something to install the product and I can't find these anywhere.
How can I solve this?
it tells you what the issue is read this: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-message-inst...
Just make sure all files are downloaded. That should tackle the error message.
Didn't work, installation crashes after few seconds. Same as two days ago. Like I said I probably delete some neccessary files so I can't download autocad now.
Downloading and installing are two different things? Did you manage to download all files using the link provided?
As for installation - have a look at this article on how to perform a clean uninstall.
I see two links for autocad product in the link you send me, I download both and after that screen:
I got the preparing for installation error again.
Like I said it haven't uninstall right because I force remove everything so there is no files left of autodesk.
I imagine format would be an useful choice but I don't really want to do that.
