Hi,
I am admin manager for Autocad account - but do not use Autocad.
Can you tell me if there is any way to see which contract number AND subscription number belongs to each user?
I thought this was something Autodesk would have sorted out on their upgrade of the portal.
Thanks
currently there is no way of doing this
currently you have to use a spreadsheet to organize the users & contracts
they are planning to implement something in your Autodesk account but this will not be free

If you have different contracts, you can switch the team selector in the upper left hand corner..

Likewise, I am an admin. I got an email stating one of my three one-user contracts will expire in 3 days. How do I know which user is affected? Do I have to wait for the user to complain to he helpdesk?!?
Thanks for any advice.
