When Update Release can, or should be added to a deployment.

I am not certain I like this change.

So what is the take?  Are you in favor of installing Application Manager on each machine?

What's you experience? Good or bad?

Not many people are a fan of the Application Manager.  Typically, I do not use it.  But I also do not recommend installing updates at all unless the user experiences the problem fixed by the update.  If it is not broken, don't fix it.  I have seen too many updates break the software and require reinstallation.
