Today I was installing autocad 2023, but I couldn't finish the insytallation due to this error.

Error reading from file C:\Users\Username~1\AppData\Local\Temp\{73A78CE1-E03A-3415-826E91A699E39B17}\x64...

How can I solve this error?

If you still have problems after checking your permissions (you should be installing with local admin privileges) then you can help alleviate this issue by changing the location of your %TEMP% folders from the default location under your user profile to another folder.  This helps with permissions issues, as well as folder depth and length issues.

1.  Create a temp folder in the root of your hard drive.  It can be C:\TEMP, or on a secondary drive if you have space issues.

2.  Change the location of the user environment variables for TEMP and TMP to C:\TEMP instead of your default user profile.  I explain this under Moving your %TEMP% Folder in my article here.  

3.  Reboot.  

Try to install again.
