Hello everyone, we wanted to use the Fusion 360 CAM for an Okuma LB 3000 EX II lathe with X, Y, Z and C axes and OSP P300LA numerical control. We tried the Post Processor Okuma LB3000 with OSP-300 control downloaded from the post library for Fusion 360 but we get several errors from the machine and the machining is not performed. As of now, each new version of Fusion changes the directory where post.exe is, which makes your setup to edit a post-processor not work anymore until you update post.exe location in Visual Studio code. It would be very convenient to have, either a fixed directory in which post.exe and all its dependencies are copied or a symbolic link, which would end up having the same effect. Hello, I would like to request a custom post processor (or an update to an existing one) for our lathe HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 BL YSMC used with Fusion 360 (Manufacture workspace). On the Autodesk post library I can only find a post for HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 AL, but our machine is the 230 BL YSMC version equipped with: main spindle sub-spindle Y-axis and C-axis (live tooling) We would like to fully utilize the sub-spindle for part transfer and secondary operations. Our requirements in short: Support for main + sub-spindle (including spindle selection and synchronization) Correct M-codes for: main spindle on/off (CW/CCW) sub-spindle on/off (CW/CCW) spindle synchronization chuck open/close for main and sub-spindle Support for: part transfer between main and sub-spindle cut-off and pick-up driven tools with C-axis and Y-axis We are currently using the HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 AL post as a starting point, but it does not support the sub-spindle configuration of our BL YSMC machine. If helpful, I can provide: the existing AL post we are using now, the machine’s G/M-code list from the controller, sample NC programs generated directly from the machine tool vendor. Could you please help with: a dedicated post for HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 BL YSMC, or guidance / a modified version of the existing AL post with proper sub-spindle support? Hello, the comand after G33 is not complet.  Original code from Fusion is "N151 Z20" but the machine stops at this point. The right code must be "N151 G0 Z20". Hi, There is a problem with the code in the Linux CNC turning postprocessor when drilling. The machine makes unnecessary movements. (Moves back and forth at rapid traverse (see G-code)).   Actually, drilling should be done with the drilling cycle (G81 / G83 (peck drilling)).   Would it be possible to fix the problem and/or implement the drilling cycle? Dear madam, sir For NCT machine there is a basic post which use G0 G1 G2 G3 , I canot use it for 4axia or 5axis maching either. In hungary most of the university use NCT machine and have to use edgecam or vector to be able to use a full cam software. I prefer inventor hsm works, and i would like to use it in real life with better post processing. The current post only gives one "X-Axis limit" input, when having 2 spindles in one machine and 2 different X-axis limits for each respectively it would be massively helpful to have both limits available to control. For example, on my main spindle I need a X-axis limit of -3.0". And for the sub-spindle I need a value of 0.3" or else the turret would crash into the sub motor housing.  Show More
