I am trying to turn a long shaft that has to Keyway slots in it. My goal is to turn part of the shaft, grab it with the subspindle, Pull it out, Turn more of the shaft and cut the Keyway still using both spindles. Pull the shaft out for a second Time, Finish turning the shaft and cut the second Keyway.
It seems i am not have any trouble until i go to do the second pull. This is the alarm i get when i go to Post.
I dont need/want a subspindle Grab at this point, I only need the Main Spindle to unclamp, The sub spindle to move in the postive Direction x.xxx amount and reclamp the Main. How do i achive this?
