This is not an OS / or Mouse driver issue. This is a Fusion issue. My system has been stable for some time and only with this update has there been a problem with the scroll function mid action.
This needs to be the highest priority as it is drastically affecting productivity.
Thanks

We have deployed an update that should address this issue. Please restart Fusion 360 and it should start the download. If you are in build 2.0.5977 you now have the latest build with this fix.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing the mouse wheel zoom issue.
Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey raj I believe this issue I am currently having is related to this. Sorry for this to become such a hassle however programming becomes so complex that eventaully you start running into circular issues. This problem in my system did not appear unit the last update that fixed zooming for the mousezoom crowd. 🙂 But, it seems to have interfered with my 3d mouse movement.

@subversivespeed I just want to check if this is resolved - from the looks of the other thread, things are running smoothly again.

@Anonymous can you possibly make a video using Autodesk Screencast? I ask because it will record all mouse button and wheel actions and help us see how to reproduce the bug you see. If we can reproduce it, we can work to fix it.

I posted a discovery that folks may need to change to enable camera pivot in the preferences to clean up the 3d mouse movements..

I am having the same problem now (since last week).
When I scroll the mouse wheel for zoom in and out my screen scrolls up and/or down. also if I press shift and the button nothing happens for orbit. Camera Pivot was already enabled, I have tried switching off and same occurs.
This is extremely frustrating, does anyone have a work around or know what I should do?
I have a macbook prO (2018) on macOS Mojave.
Mouse is a logitech mx master
Fusion360 version 2.0.6516.
Cheers

First, try a different mouse. Do you get the same effect?
Does the problem happen for your Logitech 100% of the time? And you can still use it to start commands and do things like drag the view cube?
One last thing, let's be sure your mouse navigation mode is what you want: Go to ?Help > Quick Setup, what navigation mode are you using? (under item 2, what application is listed)

Seems that both this issue AND the 3d mouse issue are back. The 3d mouse is now limited again to single axis movement. 😬

@subversivespeed Are you saying the original problem reported on message 1 of this thread has returned? I have not seen any evidence of this behavior:
"Middle mouse scrolling not zooming in after April 2019 update during in mid command, eg extrude or sweep"
If you can reproduce this, please let me know.
Regarding any problems with 3D connexion: can you be more specific? I'm using 3D connexion and finding orbit is working as expected. What are you expecting and what result are you getting instead.
What is happening for @Anonymous is probably related to the mouse brand, Logitech. They have a different way of recognizing applications than 3D mouse. We need to eliminate some variables to figure out exactly what's going on.
All of this should be on a new post. This old post has nothing to do with these new issues you are both reporting.

Ok, from what I can see, the issue is related to the OS now. On win10 the multiaxis response works correctly with the 3d mouse, on win7 it fails.
It worked well with win7 before, so I am guessing a driver issue or the way the 3d mouse variables are being handled from win7 vs. win10 has changed?
These issues seem to work fine in win10, but there are some issues with win7.
