@topo89888 Please try the below.

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

@topo89888 The logs indicate that some of the requests from Fusion are not passing through.

1. Would it be possible for you to say connect to a different network like a phone hotspot and see if that moves this along?
2. Is there any windows defender or anti virus that is blocking the installer?

1. Connecting to another network didn't help either.
2. It seems that no, Windows Defender doesn't interfere.

@mmkika Likely a network certification error. Can you try the solution from this thread?

Thank you for the quick response. However, I just tried the solution from the link you sent me and it didn’t work. This time, I got error 4014.

I am from Serbia. I noticed from the links you sent me that many users from Serbia are having the same problem. I uninstalled the Celik program mentioned in the posts you shared (including the certificates that come with it), but I still have the same problem and the same error.

I uninstalled the Celik program and its certificates.

I tried the solutions from the links you sent me, but I was not successful.

I also tried what one user described as a solution:

  • Cleaning Firefox and Internet Explorer cache, cookies, and SSL certificates (I'm only using Firefox, but I cleaned both).

  • Turned off the firewalls.

  • Told Windows Defender not to check anything.

  • Finally, I used IE instead of Firefox. I downloaded it and started it with IE, so I didn’t have to rename it or run it as admin.

However, it still didn’t work! Is there any other solution?
