Am I missing something? I can't access the new Constrain Components feature in either the toolbar or search menu.

Are you able to reset your cache in Fusion and see if that helps?

Hi @pmusselmanJLVUJ Can you please share the logs? Then try to clear the cache as suggested by @-KyleWilliams-
Hi @pmusselmanJLVUJ
Sorry to hear that you are not able to access the new Constrain Components feature. Can you kindly do a Network Diagnostic Test at your end from Fusion Service Utility and make sure all test is green. It will take a min to do the test.
You can access Network Diagnostic Test from the Fusion Service Utility : Fusion Service Utility Link
More details on how to do the Network Diagnostic Test : Network Diagnostic Test Link

Thanks for the quick reply everyone. Logs attached.
No change after clearing the cache.
All green on the network diagnostic test.
Hi @pmusselmanJLVUJ
Thank you for sharing the logs. One the important component to access Constraint Component feature is LaunchDarkly client initialization (Ports and Domains required by Fusion ). From the logs that you have shared, I can see that "LaunchDarkly client initialization process is not finished successfully!" due to network connectivity issue "FusionDiagnosticLogs\Autodesk Fusion 360\HGAJBT42KG5JWFBW\logs\AppLogFile20250714T092243.log"
Since you have mentioned "the network diagnostic test is all green", can you restart fusion.

Not sure what changed, but I cleared the cache for a second time and that seems to have done it. Logs attached.
I have the same problem as in the original post. The constrains feature is not showing. I have cleared the cache and restarted Fusion twice. The Service Utility is all green *except for "launchdarkly".
Any hints on what is preventing the launchdarkly service from starting?...or how to get it to start?
Can you please update you fusion to build 2603.1.28. You will be able to access the constrain component feature.

Hi
It looks like I am on 2603.1.15, but when I "check for updates" nothing newer shows up. I'm guessing there is a way to find the newer version but I looked around the menus and didn't see it. Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks 🙂
It's certainly possible that something is blocking that service, but I don't have access to modify firewall settings on my work computers. This is controlled by IT, and in my experience, they are not so interested in modifying the configurations...particularly for an issue that only affects a single user (or maybe a few users) out of a population of 20,000 (or so) employees. I can't say that I blame them.
Let's see if the newer build (once I find out how to access it) mentioned in your other post fixes the problem.
Thanks
Hi @butch_berney
The latest update was rolled out couple of hours back. You must see the update option in sometime. Thank you for your patience.

It appears that the 2603.1.28 is not available yet? Or maybe I need to use a different method to find it?
If there is a way for me as a "regular" user can get the update that would be great. Otherwise, I'll just wait until it gets released.
Thanks
Butch
Hi @butch_berney Sorry for the confusion caused. The fix is not available to the production build. It's currently with the Insider build. You can access the Insider build by joining the Insider program. https://feedback.autodesk.com/key/Fusion360Insider
I have looked at the details, and I'm not interested in the extra "involvement" to being an "insider". I'll wait for the fix to be released to production.
Thanks for the clarification 🙂
Hi @butch_berney The new update is available. Can you please check at your end and let me know if its working or not?
Update is installed, and the constraints appear to be active. The "launchdarkly" service is still blocked. Not sure what that affects, but at least the constraints are showing now.
Thanks for the help 🙂
