If this is referring to section views cutting off the wrong side (the side that faces away from the user): It still exists if you drive the section view of an origin plane:
Same behaviour in the manufacturing workspace.
When you execute a Section Analysis on a model and you select an Origin Plane, it will section it so the Positive side of the Origin Plane is visible. There is a positive side, and conversely negative side, of all of the Origin Planes.

Good technical response. However, I don't really see how it addresses the OP's concern.
What he's asking for isn't exactly difficult to achieve.
If the software, by default, orients the positive axis away from the user, then, also, by default, it shouldn't be too hard to have the flip option enabled 😉
Compared with other CAD tools I use, Fusion already is very clicky in some areas. A bit of reduction in clicks would be very nice.
