Low quality T spline model

Hey everyone, I have a t spline mesh that I needs to have a smooth surface. When opened in Cura, the model is cleary doesn't have a smooth surface, see attached for details. How do I make smooth models using t splines in fusion?

Hi,

change Refinemant to "Custom" and mofify surface deviation

What you are showing is the print preview.
What you see is the seam of the layer change.
