Hello,

I have a problem with recieving payment from Design 4 Autodesk program.

I had my submission accepted about 3 months ago, and sent invoice to  Elke.Bockholt@adwork-muc.de (i got automatic reply that she is on vacation once)

So I sent invoice again, and I haven't recieve any payment yet 😞

Can you check it somehow?

My project was denied, but I was left without any explanation why. I've read the requirements and I am sure that my project met all of them. May I ask for the reason of denial of the project?

It has been more than a week since I was asked to contact Jessica at adworks and design4autodesk@autodesk.com about my reward payment. It has been more than half a year since my design was approved and I was asked to send my invoice. I have sent my invoice at least thrice and every time I was told that my name/project hasn't been included in the list sent by Autodesk to Adwork. I have repeatedly sent emails to design4autodesk@autodesk.com but I haven't had any response (I even checked my junk and spam folder, absolutely nothing).

I know you guys are super busy processing the applications but a reply to my emails would be nice.

Hi Brian, are you able give us an update on whats going on following your enquiry? I am still in the same position as the others who haven't had response or payment

despite following the prescribed process. I have sent emails and had no response, this forum is the only place any response has been made. I would have hoped

the team despite being busy could have found time in the last six months to email participants explaining the delay and any further required steps. Thanks.
