I have posted this to other threads but I am looking for a quick response, and this thread seems to be getting attention. I submitted my project back in February and received notification my project was approved on April 1st. I have yet to receive payment. I've emailed design4autodesk@autodesk.com countless times and only received one response. That was 5 weeks ago saying to expect payment in 2-3 weeks. Still nothing. Any help with my issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @brianrepp. Thank you, that you have notified the team working on Design for Autodesk, but i still have not received conformation email. I regulary send emails to Design4Autodesk@autodesk.com,  but I did not receive any reply. What can I do? Regards

Thanks for writing in.  We've processed your payment and you should have received an email from design4autodesk@autodesk.com as well as from Giftbit explaining how to claim your $250.  Please don't delete the Giftbit email, and if you haven't received it please check your spam folder.

Hey all, I've got the same problem as everyone else. I received an email 5 weeks ago stating I'd receive payment for my approved submission in 2 weeks. It looks like someone else had their approval not stick, could that be what happened to me?

Me and my sister are in a similar sitation (as i posted it here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/design-for-autodesk-communication-problem/td...).

Our projects were approved, and we both recieved confirmation emails, but it was over 5 weeks ago, and since then we haven't heard anything. I'd be very gratefull if someone from the autodesk team could take a look at it.

I have submitted my project about four months ago. I know that you are working as fast as possible to check all of the projects but waiting four times longer than anticipated is rather frustrating. I appreciate your hard work processing approvals/payments but please, hurry up.

Hi @brianrepp. I wrote here over month ago. Sorry for my impatience, but I submitted my project almost six months ago. My project is approved for four months on my D4A profile. I still didn’t receive confirmation on my mailbox despite your help. Can you notify the team working on Design for Autodesk once more? I will be very grateful. Than you in advance for your response.
