Error: unhandled exception

Hello,

I have a problem where Fusion opens, but within a couple of seconds after opening it gives me an error. I use Fusion frequently, and this hasn't happened before. I have read several forum pieces with errors like this. I uninstalled Fusion several times and tracked down and unistalled/ deleted related files when doing so. I have also made sure to run it as administrator. Still giving me the same problem.

Potential causes:

- I started using an add-in last night (highly likely the cause, need help determining if was fully removed).

- Closed Fusion without signing out (hasn't been an issue before).

- I think I may have accidentally deleted/ moved autodesk sync?

- Installed some new browsers...

Here is an image of the error report details. Fusion does not have me signin because I did not sign out last time I used it. So it takes me directly to the model environment. The only thing I could gleam was the unhandled exception.

Thanks,

- Eric

Hi ludwika85,

Thanks for the post. I was able to get it working after doing a screen share with someone familiar with this problem.

One of the folders I did not previously get rid of, was the one they recommended to you in your post.

After deleting every folder we could find and reinstalling, we were able to get Fusion working again.

I used this as a good source of what to get rid of:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/sketching-sculpting-modeling-and/how-to-uninstall-fusion-360-beta/td-p...

The problem was the add-in I was working with crashed Fusion.
