Change aspect ratio

The aspect ratio is set for a different monitor, than the one I use. It is locked. How do I unlock the image resolution so I can correct the ratio. This is all within the capture image, (screen capture).

Hi,

On the list of resolutions there should be one called Custom. Does that let you do what you want?

No it does not. The aspect ratio box is checked and grayed out. So no
matter what I change in the custom aspect ratio box. Nothing changes.

Sorry to hear that. Can you post another screen shot showing this?

Thanks,

Thanks for posting this. I just tested on my Windows 7 system, but I did not see the issue that you mention. Check out the below Autodesk Screencast.

Can you confirm that I am following the correct steps to reproduce the issue? If this video does not help, could you record an Autodesk Screencast of the behavior?

Thanks,

I finally figured out how to change the aspect ratio. However, the resolution is still grayed out at 72. I really want it to be 100.

You will need to change from "Pixels" to "Inches" first to change the resolution(Pixels/Inch). See the image below:
