Hi Sebastian,
A few clarifying questions:
- Have the files you're having trouble saving been recently uploaded? The log indicates there are uploads happening in the background.
- Is it only 1 file or all files?
- Is it only in a specific project or folder?
For #1 above can you try the following:
- Exit Fusion.
- Launch explorer and navigate to c:\users\{username}\appdata\local\autodesk\autodesk fusion 360\{alphanumericfolder}\W.login
- Rename the file UploadQueueFileList.xml.
- Exit Explorer, launch Fusion, and retry saving.
For #s 2 & 3 above we want to find out if it's only specific project(s) or folder(s). To do this:
- Launch Fusion.
- Navigate to another project or folder (or create them)
- Open a design, make a change, and save file.
Additionally, in Fusion you can try clearing the data cache. To do this click ont eh Help menu (?) and choose Clear user cache data.
One last thing is if Fusion is having trouble synchronizing restarting the computer may help.
