Hello i am stuck on the attached window. I have already donde a clean uninstall and and I do not use a proxy server, since I am installing at home

Could you try creating an account with a different e-mail address? If this doesn't work, there could be a network connectivity issue blocking communications with Autodesk servers and preventing the account from being created. Review the below link for resolving network connectivity issues. There may be a firewall or anti-virus software application prohibiting network traffic.

If it does work, then the issue may be on the back end server-side of things. In this case, I we will need to confirm the e-mail address you are attempting to set up an account with. Is it the same as the account that is associated with the Autodesk ID @Anonymous ? If it is a different e-mail address, can you send me a private message with the correct address?

Problem solved!

This morning I gave it another go with no issues at all. I dont know what the problem was.
