Answer Day: Further customization of toolbars

Are the developers willing to consider allowing the users to further customize bar layout?

What I'm looking to do is this:

Workspace: Due to my business (machine shop), I only need Model, CAM,  and rarely Patch. Let me turn those off so it's quicker to flip between the 2. (even better, give me hotkeys to make it faster)

I will not be owning a 3D printer for quite some time, and I have zero need to send a part out to quote from whoever partnered up with AutoDesk (Proto-Labs, Britehubs etc) Let me turn that entire button off

I know I can just toss this on the IdeaStation and see if it gets any traction, but I'd like to know that the door is open for those modifications

The short answer is yes, no and maybe. 

Yes, it would be easy to add some customization around the toolbar. This is worth putting on the Idea Station, please do that if it doesn't already exist. Feel free to drop the link back on this post so anyone searching for "toolbar cusomization" will find it. The maybe is whether or not it fits our immediate priorities around the UI. I think a good Idea Station post would go a long way towards your goal. No, the workspace selection will likely remain static, however, feel free to include that in your customization request.

I know that is a vague response, but truthfully we have to always weigh every change against all the other things we aren't doing. Thankfully you have an interest and have posted about it, let's see what other users think!
