If you are wondering why you cannot move or scale an imported SVG curves, like an logo for example. It is because Fusion 360 sneakly automatically fix/lock them once imported ! To fix it, just click Unfix in the constraint menu with the curves selected ! The curves colour should change from green to blue meaning they now behave like regular unconstrained curves ! Yeah ! oh wait what's that ? you can't scale the imported logo despite it been unlocked ? Well, right now, the only way is to use the scale tool and chose the sketch object from the model browser tree , clicking on the imported curves will unfortunately not work.

I hope it helped !

Another option is to create a component and with it activated insert the SVG, when you have the SVG imported activate the top node in the browser, now when you run Move set the type to Components and select the component. If you have a complex SVG this will mean everything stays lock together and there's no change of moving a line by mistake.
