Allow customization of Toolbars.

I would like to further customize the Toolbars.

I run a machine shop. I only use Model, CAM, and rarely Patch. When I am moving between Workspaces, it's not a quick movement, as I've got to click on the icon and then scroll down to the appropriate tab and then click again.

I would like the opportunity to do one of the following: 1) Let us "turn off" those icons for Render, Animation and Simulation. 2) If that does not appeal to the developers, let us assign a hotkey, such as Alt+Tab, or Shift+1, Shift+2 etc to instantly select the workspace needed. 3) Let us arrange the order in which they show up, so it's a shorter mouse trip.

Also, there are icons that take up real estate that many simply will not use. For myself in particular, I'm looking at the whole "Make" button, which has the 3D Print, Proto-Labs etc. Not needed, not wanted, let me remove it (but!, give me the option of putting it back at some point in 4 years when I get a 3D printer)

@colin.smith, in fairness, some of my initial post HAS been implemented. I can remove all Turning  or 3D Print referencing from the CAM toolbar

+1 for consideration.    Not sure if I understand the original request but perhaps the ability to add favorite button in to ribbon bar like we can in other ribbon options.  The "up arrow" add to ribbon.  I too use basically just CAM & CAD.
