I Dont know if im in the right fourum. but i am having a serious problem with fusion itself. itseems that every time i open the program It crases on me. I figured since the program is so new that there might have been a bug. Therefore I tried uninstalling the program but i Recived an  error durring the uninstall, Stating the the the directory was curupted. after that my program dissapeared. I do not know if the program sucsessfuly unistalled or not, but i contunded to reinstall the Program, and during the install around the 20% mark i recieved the same error. unfortunaly my computer knoledge base does not have a soulution to this problem so i was wondering if anyone could help me in this situation. I am using this program for my buisness and i cannot run my machine with out this program. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Hi,

Sorry to hear of your trouble with Fusion 360.

From the error message it appears there was a problem during the initial installation. It also appears you are on Windows so to fix this:

  1. Launch Explorer.
  2. Navigate to c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\autodesk
  3. Delete the folder "webdeploy".
  4. Next navigate to the c:\users\<username>\downloads.
  5. Double click on the Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe file to restart the installation.

If you experience issues during the installation or launch please locate and send us your log file. This can be found in:

  • c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\autodesk

Thanks for using Fusion 360!

Regards,
