Out of curiosity - What is your current workflow to print a drawing? Are there specific problems you are encountering and how do you imagine printing directly from Fusion would resolve these?
Currently I export it as a PDF, then I have to navigate to that folder, open it up and then print.
I use drawings a lot as part of quick and dirty CMM.
For example I want to make an intake manifold flange.
So I draw up the flange using a stock flange or gasket for refrence. Then I print out a 1:1 drawing of the profile and compare it to the flange or whatever part I am trying to design. Then I usually need to make small changes. Move one hole .5mm to the left, move another one up 1mm. Print again and repeat.
It's not impossible to do this a dozen times before I am completely satisfied with alignment and positioning.
This becomes very frusterating and time consuming when I need to save as, open up, print, close file, delete file, make changes, and then print another file over and over.
Then there are times when I just want to drag a print with a couple dimensions out to the shop. Sometimes I don't even save the drawing in F360 and definitely don't need the file saved on my computer. Again it would be awesome if I could just open a drawing, throw in a couple dimensions and hit print.
I can't imagine these are unique or rare practices as every shop I have worked in and every company or designer I have worked with uses similar methods.
