Radial and spiral operations ask you for a centerpoint but if you try to select the centerpoint of the circle you are trying to cut it will select a point on the perimiter of the circle.
Because everybody natrually wants the centerpoint of their radial cut to start at the edge of the circle they are cutting.
Sometimes I can just not select a centerpoint and select the circle as the machining boundary and it will automatically make the center the centerpoint but sometimes it doesn't work. I have resorted to sketching a centerpoint to use. This is a huge waste of time and it's rediculous that you shoudl need to. When you select any curve it should highlight a selectable centerpoint just like you see in drawings and other areas.
