Dynamic block grip (origo) doesn't move when streched

How can I make the indertion point to stay in the middle of the streched block?

Move all your objects so the centre of them is at 0,0. Also post the drawing so we can actually have a look at what your block is doing.

Here you go

 

You can either change the basepoint of the stretch from endpoint to midpoint and add another stretch action.

 

Or you can add a base parameter and move it by half of the stretch.

 

See the two blocks in the drawing below
