Dynamic block with stretch

I have created a dynamic block for a screw conveyer.

all works fine,

except 2 things I cannot figure out how to do

1 there is a symbol richt from the motor outline witch represents a variable speed indicator (the circle with volume like traingle)  when doing a horizontal flip with the arrow in the middle the circle and triangle should move from right to left but not flip

2 the stretch is working in all conditions but I would like to have the zigzag stretch-extend also, and I do not find how to do this

can someone help me on this?

I had to do a bit of cheating with the zig zag lines, but is the attached what you want?
