How to control View - Roll Angle?

I found out that the XREF files came in to drawings automatically rotated by 90-deg; but all the Coordinates are at the correct place.  After investigating, I suspect it is the default drawing set-up for the VIEW -Camera - Roll Angle = 90-deg.

A few questions here:

1. How to control View-Camera - Roll Angle?

2. Why roll-angle is set-up to 90-deg by default? (please note that no camera was set-up in the drawing).

3. Why the XREF files are all rotated but the coordinates are all good?  That is a mystery to me.

Please also note that all drawings are in UCS-World.  So, the rotated XREF files are not related to UCS Z-rotation.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

Seems your Plan View is not set up to World and it is rotated by 90degrees.

Can you try the command PLAN -> World, then check if Roll Angle is set to 0 and how it behaves with xrefs, please?

Thanks,
Wojtek
