Hi Autodesk,   We really appreciate your program, it has enhanced they way we work and our competitive advantage.   Sometimes we hit a brick wall and it becomes overwhelming to manage a situation where we are crippled by BIM360, we have our challenges with those resistant to change and the hurdles (Many critical Idea Suggestions online) make it very difficult to manage.    We, the users, are an extension of your Salesforce, our contractor has been extremely impressed with the program and will be leaning towards BIM360 as much as they can going forward.    A major challenge we face is the slow pace of development of some major ideas, some do not need 100 votes as not very many people are on the idea board to vote up some ideas. Some only find themselves on this platform to raise ideas and complain. We have ideas on here that are critical and value adding, we cannot wait for votes and comments to get the ball rolling, some of these are urgent and would need for Autodesk  to find external support on a short or medium term basis to ramp up development of some ideas.    I was in disbelief that some ideas would be 2 or 3 years old and they aren't addressed. In this modern age, the android user experience on the app has not been great, the app lags and there are a few ideas on here that are too important to wait for votes. The lack of a search button is mind blowing, this is just an example.   We are all in this together and I hope you understand my concerns, the user experience allows us to  market you well and get as many of our projects on BIM360 as possible.    P.S, Data Centre locations are getting in the way of Government projects, Idea lodged a while ago.    Show More

The meeting option in Project Management is very limited. Can the below please be added.    Within the meeting, there are two layers of detail, the topic then the item. There needs to be a tertiary item, for example.  Topic      Item          Task   The Task needs to have the same function as the existing item, where it can be assigned to someone, RFI's added etc.     There also needs to be a filter option in the main meeting screen where items and tasks can be filtered the same as in ACC.    Thanks  Show More

The Meetings module in Design Coordination (on ACC) is really useful, and so are the Actions / Assignees feature, however this still needs some work to be properly useful: Assignee/Action Reports. The Items page allows you to filter by assignees, but you can't yet issue this as a Report. See Tasks/Assignments arising from Meetings across multiple projects. For individuals we need a personal hub to see our own assignments across all the projects we're involved with, so we can prioritise. Sync Actions/Assignments with MS Planner Tasks (Office 365). Many companies use Planner as their primary Task manager, so we need a way to sync actions from ACC to Planner. Show More

It would be great if highlight and color coding of the meeting notes can be implemented.  Additional suggested functions such as, text strike through, checkbox, insert picture, and meeting template are recommended. Show More

When holding a Meeting, you discuss stuff that is going on and also discuss stuff that has to get done. These "Have to get done" stuff is normaly an Issue to a Person or a company (Maybe also not attending the meeting). Could you make it possible that we can create new Issues directly in Meetings or create them based on the notes in Meetings? Would love to see that. Show More

Currently I have more text formatting options writing this comment than I do in crafting my BIM360 meeting agenda/minutes. Could we have the ability to change text color? Additional customization in numbering schemes would be helpful as well. It would be great to be able to number major topics and for subtopics to follow the same numbering scheme. Show More

In order to prevent the possibility of making markups that are unpublished and then submitting with them still unpublished, I propose a solution of one of the following.   Publish all button A reminder when you are closing the pdf that there are unpublished markups       - then if doing a "publish all" button would be too broad, allow check boxes of markups you want to publish Allow for permissions to be given to certain roles that would allow them to see and then publish unpublished markups     Show More

Now it looks like this is a feature that may have previously existed?  Some members might have some more info on this?   Hi there, we use BIM360 "Issues" as tasks as well, which some people suggest the word issues implies something wrong.  Is it possible to have a task setting as well as issues to define the two.   Also, this would be a great way to tie into Meeting minutes for a project where tasks can be allocated and then tracked all in one location.   Show More
