The functions rename, use and delete in BIM360 Docs could result in redundant data by use of Project Sync with Vault. (For details please have a look at the following idea: >> https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-ideas/bim360-vault-project-synch-redundant-data-by-use-of-mov... <<).
Therefore it could be a great improvement to get more dedicated configuration opportunities for Account or/and Project Admins in BIM360. At the moment permissions for these functions can only be set by folder permissions. Due to this it isn't possible to avoid redundant data at daily work! The idea is to get the opportunity to give permissions for these functions by users, roles or companies as well, not only by folders.

Moreover the function lock could result in complications with Vault Project Sync. If data in BIM360 are locked, the Vault JobProcessor will not be able to upload new data for example. Therefore it should be usefull to get the possibility to deactivate this function for roles, users or companies by Project or Account Admins.
