Currently permissions can only be set by folders. Sometimes it would be more useful to grant any permissions for specific attributes. This is useful in case of different needs of permissions for attributes in the same folder.
For example by use of custom attributes all axternal users of a company should be able to read a specific attribute. Meanwhile all internal user's of the company should have wirte permissions for this specific attribute.
Moreover the external user's should be able to write another custom attribute in the same folder. However this combination isn't feasible at the moment.
More dedicated configuration possibilites for permissions would be greatful.
