Problem with Turkish letters

Hello,
I have some problems with the letters of the Turkish alphabet. Sometimes when I open a file that has some Turkish letters my Autocad cannot show them and also when I copy turkish letters form excel to autocad ( Paste Special -> AUTOCAD LT Entities) I have the same problem.

Do you know how I can solve it?

Do you have the font installed as a windows system font?
