MTEXT Appearing as Lines instead of text

Hi all, recently I have an issue with the mtext in my drawing. Currently it is appearing as a line (or lines for mtext with more than one line). This issue also reflects in the print space when I am attempting to print a copy of my drawing.

Hi Paul, due to my company's strict policy, I am unable to share a copy of the cad file here.

Hi, I have copied the MTEXT over to a new file.

The first one is done using the MTEXT command.

Second one is the MTEXT that I copied from my drawing.

The text is only visible when you select them.

The text is visible here without selecting on LT 2016. I would try an AUDIT on your drawing and say YES to fix any errors.

No issues here either with your MTEXT with an override font inside it that does not exist in any of your STYLE definitions.

Share with us a screenshot of your ABOUT command pop-up, and your GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up too please.

Hello! I did try the AUDIT command, but doesn't resolve this issue.

At the command line type type GFXD12 change the value to 0. Reboot AutoCAD and then see if that works.

Makes AutoCAD use an earlier version of DirectX
