AutoCAD LT 2015 - SP2
Using the line command, I make pick a random start point in model space type 1 (for 1") and make a start horizontal line, right click (ending line). I right click again (restarting the line), hover over the end of the line (getting the snap for it), move my cursor horizontal, my tracking line appears with the [Extension - 0' 0-3/16"] and I type 1 and hit enter again, but it will randomly begin the line anywhere in the modeling space...
I couldn't find anything about this, possibly wrong terminology when searching.
Any ideas/comments??
