Dimension text upside down

My UCS also moves while I am dimensioning. I don't remember if it was happening before but I don't want it. 

 

Please Help.

Set the commands UCS and PLAN to WORLD first, then find out what is truly going on in your file.

Restart your PC @bidhin_patel 

Open an all new blank DWG file, draw and dimension in there: is the issue still present? I suspect not, but you'll have to confirm.

It is happening because when i select points, new axis guides dimension text where to display @pendean

Your UCS is still upside down. The Y in your first picture should be above the line not below.

Once your UCS looks like this (see below) in a new file (or your current one), your issue will go away, see tips I already provided to get there

It is solved i by mstake clicked on DUCS.

Which year version (and actual AutoCAD version) are you using please? ABOUT command in the program will confirm your software. You appear to be in the wrong forum at least.
